Wendy Basulto began her journey in Public Accounting in 1995 when she received her Bachelors Degree in Accounting from California State University, Northridge. She continued to learn about small business and taxes while completing her CPA certification in 2003. For the past 19 years she has worked for small CPA firms in the Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley before forming her own firm in 2014. During this tenure she found a passion for teaching clients and helping them to take control of their financial futures.
Wendy has the pleasure of working with many diverse businesses including physician practices, consulting firms, manufacturers and construction companies. This broad client base has allowed her develop a deep understanding of how many different types of businesses work.
Over the years Wendy has developed a philosophy of putting the client relationship first. She finds by getting to know how her clients think and feel it helps her to serve them better than just “sticking to the numbers”. If she knows their goals and dreams then she can help them formulate a plan to get there.
When Wendy is not working with her client’s she is developing relationships with her community and fellow business owners at BNI (Business Networking International) The Chapter meets weekly to foster relationships between business owners and to build resources to help her clients.
Wendy has lived in the community of Rancho Cucamonga for the past 15 years. Her life outside of her practice is always busy with her kids Ryan, 11 and Bell, 8 plus her 4 legged family members Toby the Chocolate lab and Fred the cat. When not working she enjoys spending time with family, outings to Disneyland, reading and boating.
